We're looking for a Tier-3 IP/MPLS & Security Support Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in supporting high-availability, multi-vendor infrastructures.\n\nExperience : 7+ years\n\nLocation : Noida/Bangalore/Chennai\n\nWork Mode : Hybrid\n\nShift : Rotational\n\nResponsibilities :\n\n- Act as the final escalation point for complex network and security incidents\n\n- Troubleshoot IP/MPLS backbones, core routers, firewalls, and CGNAT platforms\n\n- Lead major incident calls (P1/P2) and drive rapid service restoration\n\n- Support and mentor Tier-1 and Tier-2 NOC teams\n\n- Diagnose issues across MPLS, VPNs, routing protocols, and performance\n\n- Handle escalations related to firewalls, NAT, VPNs, and security policies\n\n- Collaborate with vendors such as Nokia, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, and Check Point\n\n- Review and support network changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities\n\n- Produce RCAs and technical documentation and share knowledge across teams\n\nRequired Skill :\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with IP/MPLS networks\n\n- Expertise in MPLS, L3VPN/L2VPN, VPLS/EVPN\n\n- Solid knowledge of BGP, OSPF, IS-IS\n\n- Experience with firewalls and CGNAT platforms\n\n- Exposure to Nokia, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, and Check Point technologies\n\n- Excellent troubleshooting, incident management, and communication skills\n\n- Familiarity with monitoring and packet analysis tools\n\nQualification and Certifications (Preferred) :\n\n- Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or a related field\n\n- Certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, JNCIP/JNCIE, Nokia NRS, Fortinet NSE, or Check Point are a plus\nSkills\nMPLS, Network Security, Firewall, Routing Protocols, VPN, Cisco, Juniper, BGP, Network Monitoring Tools, CCNP,
