The team provides operational support and technical expertise that supplement internal staff and enable continued progress toward CMDB maturity objectives.\nThe contractors currently support:Daily CMDB administration and maintenance\nConfiguration Item (CI) management\nCI relationship mapping and dependency management\nCMDB data quality remediation\nGovernance and operational process support\nServiceNow CMDB enhancements\nCloud Discovery implementation\nPC and Printer Discovery implementation\nIncident and issue remediation related to CMDB and Discovery\nCMDB governance\nData quality and health\nDiscovery maturity\nService Mapping opportunities\nCSDM alignment\nOperational processes\nOwnership and accountability models\nFuture-state roadmap recommendations\nJob Description CMDB Management: Maintain and manage the ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Process Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain configuration management processes in alignment with ITIL best practices.\nData Quality: Conduct regular audits and reviews Of the CMDB to ensure data quality and compliance with organizational standards. Work closely with IT teams to ensure accurate and timely updates to the CMDB.\nCollaboration: Work closely with IT teams to provide CMDB expertise in support of their day-to-day activities and process improvements.
