applications.\n\n- Work with DevOps and Cloud teams on CI/CD, deployment automation, monitoring, reliability, and infrastructure scalability.\n\n- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, performance issues, system dependencies, and production challenges.\n\n- Establish engineering metrics and processes to improve software quality, delivery velocity, reliability, and maintainability.\n\n- Drive automated testing, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and release management practices.\n\n- Ensure applications meet security, performance, scalability, availability, and data protection requirements.\n\n- Participate in engineering hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and team development.\n\n- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.\n\nTechnical Skills : \n\n- Programming : Java, Python, Node.js, C#, or similar.\n\n- Frameworks : Spring Boot, .NET, Node.js, or equivalent.\n\n- Architecture : Microservices, REST APIs, Distributed Systems, Event-Driven Architecture.\n\n- Databases : PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL Server, or equivalent.\n\n- Messaging : Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS, or similar.\n\n- Cloud : AWS, Azure, or GCP.\n\n- DevOps : Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, deployment automation.\n\n- Monitoring : CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or equivalent.\n\nPreferred Domain Experience : \n\n- Experience in FinTech, Banking, Financial Services, Payments, Investment Technology, Wealth Management, or related domains.\n\n- Understanding of financial APIs, transaction processing, payment workflows, reconciliation, and data security.\n\n- Exposure to security, compliance, auditability, and data privacy requirements.\n\nRequired Qualifications : \n\n- 10 - 15 years of experience in software engineering and technology development.\n\n- Proven experience in Engineering Management or leading software engineering teams.\n\n- Strong technical problem-solving and architectural decision-making skills.\n\n- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\n- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science,
