Description :\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Own end-to-end delivery of technology projects from initiation and planning through implementation and closure.\n\n- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements.\n\n- Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, engineering teams, QA, infrastructure, security, and operations teams.\n\n- Translate business requirements into actionable technology project plans and delivery milestones.\n\n- Coordinate internal technical teams and external technology vendors to ensure smooth project execution.\n\n- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, RAID logs, dependency trackers, and action items.\n\n- Track project progress, identify delays or dependencies, and drive corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.\n\n- Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, requirement discussions, status reviews, and stakeholder updates.\n\n- Work closely with engineering teams to understand technical dependencies, architecture considerations, integrations, and implementation requirements.\n\n- Coordinate requirements gathering, development, testing, UAT, release, deployment, and post-production activities.\n\n- Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies and ensure timely escalation and resolution.\n\n- Monitor changes in project scope, timelines, and requirements and ensure appropriate change-control processes are followed.\n\n- Coordinate with vendors on deliverables, timelines, technical dependencies, issue resolution, and implementation activities.\n\n- Prepare project dashboards and management reports covering project health, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery status.\n\n- Ensure project documentation is maintained throughout the complete project lifecycle.\n\n- Collaborate with technical teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and technology optimization.\n\n- Ensure projects adhere to organizational technology, security, compliance, and governance standards.\n\n- Manage multiple technology projects simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality and timelines.\n\n- Support post-implementation reviews and identify improvements for future technology projects.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- 6 - 10 years of experience in Technology Project Management, IT Project Management, Technical Program Management, or Technology Delivery.\n\n- Strong experience managing software development or technology implementation projects.\n\n- Good understanding of SDLC and software development methodologies.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.\n\n- Experience working with engineering, QA, product, infrastructure, and business teams.\n\n- Strong understanding of project planning, estimation, scheduling, dependencies, and delivery management.\n\n- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent.\n\n- Strong experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.\n\n- Experience managing third-party technology vendors and implementation partners.\n\n- Good understanding of APIs, enterprise applications, system integrations, databases, or cloud technologies.\n\n- Experience coordinating testing, UAT, releases, deployments, and production implementation.\n\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\n\n- Excellent communication and presentation skills.\n\n- Strong documentation and project reporting capabilities.\n\n- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced technology environment.\n\nPreferred Skills :\n\n- Experience in financial services, asset management, banking, capital markets, or fintech.\n\n- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.\n\n- Exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\n\n- Understanding of API-based integrations, microservices, data platforms, or enterprise applications.\n\n- Experience working with distributed/global technology teams.\n\n- Knowledge of IT governance, information
