Responsibilities:\nElicit, analyze, and document business requirements for cloud applications and API integrations.\nTranslate business needs into clear, well-structured user stories on Jira, with defined acceptance criteria that are ready for development and testing.\nCollaborate with engineering teams on API design, integration flows, and system interactions.\nSupport solution design by understanding data flows, system dependencies, and cloud architecture fundamentals.\nFacilitate workshops with stakeholders to align on requirements, priorities, and expected outcomes.\nCollaborate closely with Solution Architects, development, and QA teams to validate requirements against the target architecture, ensure accurate implementation across applications and APIs, and support end-to-end testing and quality assurance.\nTrack requirements and user stories on Jira throughout the lifecycle, ensuring full traceability from design to delivery.\nIdentify risks, gaps, and dependencies early and drive proactive mitigation.\nTake end-to-end ownership of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business owners post-development, ensuring features are business-approved, production-ready, and aligned with expected outcomes.\nRequired Qualifications:\n2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology or digital transformation projects.\nProven experience working on:\nWeb & mobile applications\nAPI integrations (REST, JSON, etc.)\nCloud-based environments (GCP & Azure)\nStrong understanding of:\nSystem integration concepts\nData flows and service interactions\nAgile delivery methodologies\nTechnical & Functional Skills:\nHands-on experience with:\nJira & Confluence\nAPI tools (e.g., Postman)\nBasic SQL or data analysis\nAbility to understand and interpret:\nAPI documentation\nSystem workflows and architecture diagrams\nStrong documentation skills with clarity, structure, and precision.\nSoft Skills:\nStrong stakeholder communication and expectation management.\nAbility to translate technical complexity into clear business language.\nHigh ownership and accountability mindset.\nComfortable operating in fast-paced, high-pressure delivery
