(LWC), Visualforce, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and other Salesforce development frameworks.\n\n- Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs and integrate Salesforce with external systems and middleware platforms.\n\n- Analyze business and technical requirements and independently deliver technical user stories, enhancements, and defect fixes.\n\n- Implement complex Salesforce customizations and CRM enhancements aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture.\n\n- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, integration failures, performance problems, and production defects.\n\n- Provide production support, including root-cause analysis, incident resolution, and preventive measures.\n\n- Participate in Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD processes, including source control, automated deployments, and release management.\n\n- Work with tools such as Gearset, Copado, Git, or similar Salesforce deployment and DevOps platforms.\n\n- Design and implement solutions considering Salesforce data architecture, data relationships, security, scalability, and performance.\n\n- Support and execute data migrations, data transformations, and data quality initiatives.\n\n- Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, security guidelines, and deployment methodologies.\n\n- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Salesforce Administrators, Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.\n\n- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.\n\n- Contribute to technical design discussions, code reviews, estimation, and solution documentation.\n\n- Work effectively within enterprise-scale Salesforce environments with complex integrations, customizations, and multiple business processes.\n\nRequirement :\n\n- 6+ Years of experience in Salesforce Development with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce\n\n- Salesforce Integration Development (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware integrations)\n\n- Experience with complex CRM enhancements and customizations\n\n- Strong troubleshooting and production support capabilities\n\n- Salesforce DevOps and deployment experience (Gearset/Copado/Git preferred)\n\n- Knowledge of Salesforce data architecture and data migrations\n\n- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams\n\n- Ability to independently deliver technical user stories and defect remediation\n\n- Familiarity with enterprise-scale Salesforce
