timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.\n\n- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring all project milestones are met.\n\nClient Communications:\n\n- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all aspects of communication throughout the project lifecycle.\n\n- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their expectations are met and exceeded.\n\n- Provide regular status updates to clients and address concerns promptly, ensuring clear and transparent communication at all stages.\n\nStakeholder Management:\n\n- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and external vendors to ensure alignment with business objectives.\n\n- Effectively manage relationships with stakeholders, providing clear visibility into project performance and addressing any potential risks or issues.\n\nRisk and Issue Management:\n\n- Identify potential risks to project success and develop strategies to mitigate those risks early in the project lifecycle.\n\n- Proactively resolve project issues, escalating to senior management as needed to ensure timely resolutions.\n\nContinuous Improvement:\n\n- Lead post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and implement improvements for future projects.\n\n- Foster a culture of process improvement and share best practices across teams to enhance overall delivery performance.\n\nQualifications:\n\nEducation:\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\n- A master's degree is a plus.\n\nExperience:\n\n- Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role managing teams of 15+ people.\n\n- Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time, within scope, and on budget.\n\n- Extensive experience in client communications, managing expectations, and aligning project objectives with business needs.\n\nSkills:\n\n- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on building high-performing teams.\n\n- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\n- Deep understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.\n\n- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Asana).\n\n- Advanced problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.\n\nCertifications:\n\n- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Agile/Scrum
