The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, implementing, managing, and securing enterprise network environments. This role is critical in ensuring the availability, performance, scalability, and security of our network infrastructure supporting global business operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, implement, and manage LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Data Centre network environments. \nConfigure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and related network components. \nMonitor network performance and proactively resolve issues to minimize downtime. \nImplement and support network security solutions, including VPNs, firewalls, and IDS/IPS technologies. \nTroubleshoot network issues and ensure high availability and performance.\nManage IP addressing, subnetting, network segmentation, and routing policies. \nPerform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for network incidents. \nDrive network optimization, capacity planning, and scalability initiatives. \nCollaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, and DevOps teams on integration projects. \nMaintain accurate network documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures. \nEnsure compliance with security standards, policies, and industry best practices.\n Required Technical SkillsStrong understanding of Networking Fundamentals (OSI, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). \nExperience with Routing Protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP. \nHands-on expertise in Switching Technologies including VLANs, STP, and Trunking. \nExcellent understanding of Cisco ACI architecture with hands-on experience. \nConfigure, troubleshoot, and maintain Cisco Catalyst, Cisco Nexus, Aruba Switches, Wireless Controllers, and Access Points (APs).\nHands-on experience with Cisco ISE for Network Access Control (NAC), 802.1X Authentication, TACACS+, RADIUS, Guest Access, Device Profiling, Posture Assessment, and Policy-Based Access Control.\nHands on experience with IOS/SUP upgradation 5K/7K/9K/4500/6500/ASR/FTD/FMC/SDWAN/ISE/DNAC/Wireless controller\nExperience with designing, deploying, and troubleshooting LAN, WAN, Ether-channel, IP Routing Protocols - (RIP, OSPF, EIGRP & BGP), ACL's, NAT, VLAN, STP, VTP, HSRP.\nKnowledge of WAN technologies, including MPLS and SD-WAN. \nHands-on experience with VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL VPN). \nFamiliarity with network monitoring and management tools such as SolarWinds, Grafana. \nUnderstanding of Cloud Networking concepts across Azure, AWS or GCP. \nBasic scripting knowledge (Python or PowerShell) is desirable.\n QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. \nCCNA / CCNP Must\nFirewall Certifications (optional)\nCloud Certifications (optional) \nCompTIA Network+ (optional)\n Preferred Experience10-12 years of experience in Network Engineering or Infrastructure Operations. \nExperience managing
