compliance with PCI-DSS, HIPAA, or other regulatory standards (if applicable).\nCollaboration & Documentation:\nWork with network, security, and cloud teams for cross-functional projects.\nMaintain network diagrams, SOPs, and change management records.\nProvide 24/7 network and security support as required.\n MandatoryCisco UC Suite (CUCM, CUC, UCCX, CUBE, IMP)\nSIP, H.323, MGCP, RTP/RTCP protocols\nVoice Gateway Configuration (ISDN, PRI, FXO/FXS, SIP Trunking)\nQoS for Voice (DSCP, LLQ, AutoQoS)\nExperience with Cisco Jabber, Webex, and MRA deployments.\nTroubleshooting with
