The ideal candidate will design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions that support risk management, compliance, security operations, and business process automation.\nMandatory: Hands-on ServiceNow GRC/IRM experience and strong ServiceNow development/coding skills.\nKey Responsibilities\nConfigure and customize ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules including Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Risk Management.\nDevelop ServiceNow customizations using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and ACLs.\nBuild integrations and workflow automation using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST, and SOAP APIs.\nCreate dashboards, reports, and support end-to-end solution delivery.\nRequired Skills\nHands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM, TPRM, Risk Management, and Policy & Compliance.\nStrong ServiceNow development skills and JavaScript expertise.\nExperience in Flow Designer, Integration Hub, APIs, Catalog Items, and platform customizations.\nGood understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).\nPreferred Certifications\n CSA\n CAD\n CIS -
