Delivery includes pre-sales support, gap analysis, project management, branding, development of enhancements and extensions, localization, integration, quality assurance, and deployment.\nAs a C#.NET Mid Software Developer within the PS organization, you will be expected to contribute to all aspects of project delivery, with a specific focus on the development of enhancements and extensions to our products.\nThis position is part of a project team consisting of Developers, Business Analysts, and Quality Analysts, working under the leadership of a Project Manager and Technical Lead.\nRole Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):\nPerform software development and deliver high-quality code in accordance with client-prescribed technologies, guidelines, and standards within a web-based technology environment (.NET, SQL Server, React, etc.).\nFollow the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).\nDesign and develop complete features.\nReview technical specifications.\nFix bugs and seek clarification to resolve any ambiguity in specifications or bug descriptions.\nDesign technical solutions, ensuring development, best practices and architectural standards are adhered to.\nWork with clients and stakeholders to ensure development deliverables meet non-functional requirements.\nIdentify underlying problems and discover appropriate solutions.\nPrioritize and complete tasks based on importance and urgency.\nAttend client meetings and requirements-gathering sessions, providing technical consultancy as required.\nCreate high-quality documentation (including technical design documents) that meets stakeholder needs and expectations.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of reference materials by proactively filling gaps, correcting mistakes, and resolving ambiguities. Seek peer reviews for proposed changes.\nUse approved AI tools on a daily basis to accelerate time-to-market for feature development, deployment, and automation.\nIn addition to the qualifications listed below, the ideal candidate will demonstrate the following traits:\nAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously\nExcellent verbal and written English communication skills\nExcellent interpersonal skills\nProven experience working on high complexity projects\nAdvanced English level (90% or C1 equivalent)\nYou must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nTertiary qualification in Information Technology or Computer Science, or equivalent experience\n 2+ years of experience including:\nAn intermediate understanding of common computer programming algorithms\nAn intermediate understanding of object-oriented design principles\nMinimum of 2 years of hands-on software development experience designing, writing, debugging, and testing object-oriented code\nAn intermediate understanding of software development patterns and their application across multiple programming languages\nAn intermediate understanding of coding techniques that contribute to reliability, maintainability, readability, simplicity, performance, and testability\nAn intermediate understanding of IT environments, including networking, server technologies, databases, security, and performance\nIntermediate knowledge of Software Development Lifecycles such as Scrum and Waterfall\nBasic knowledge of AI tools and models (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude CLI, Devin)\nProficiency with Microsoft Office
