position is ideal for a software engineer with strong Python development experience and a passion for solving complex technical problems in the US healthcare domain.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reusable software solutions using Python.\n\nBuild and enhance data ingestion, transformation, and processing systems capable of handling large-scale datasets.\n\nImplement and maintain event-driven and serverless architectures using services such as AWS Lambda, SQS, and related AWS components.\n\nDesign and optimize data storage solutions using Amazon DocumentDB and relational databases.\n\nCreate and maintain automated workflows, scripts, and tools to improve operational efficiency and software quality.\n\nParticipate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.\n\nWrite and maintain unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure software reliability and performance.\n\nTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve production and non-production issues in a timely manner.\n\nConduct code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards and practices.\n\nCollaborate effectively within Agile/Scrum teams and actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and grooming sessions.\n\nStay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing solutions.\n\nProvide technical support and investigate software-related issues reported by internal and external stakeholders.\n\nSupport shift-based operational responsibilities when required by business needs.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in computer science or related technical discipline.\n\n3-5 years of professional software development experience using Python.\n\nStrong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and software engineering principles.\n\nSolid experience developing applications using Core Python and commonly used Python libraries/frameworks.\n\nExperience building and deploying applications on AWS cloud services.\n\nHands-on experience with MongoDB and/or Amazon DocumentDB.\n\nExperience designing and optimizing MongoDB aggregation pipelines.\n\nWorking knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar platforms.\n\nStrong SQL skills for data analysis, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.\n\nExperience with message broker and event-driven technologies such as Amazon SQS, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.\n\nExperience developing serverless applications with AWS Lambda.\n\nProficiency with Git-based source control systems such as GitHub or Bitbucket.\n\nExperience working with structured and semi-structured data formats including JSON, CSV, and Parquet.\n\nUnderstanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code quality tools, and software release processes.\n\nExperience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience building microservices and distributed systems.\n\nExposure to large-scale data processing and analytics platforms.\n\nFamiliarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.\n\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as AWS CloudFormation.\n\nKnowledge of healthcare data, healthcare analytics, or the US healthcare domain.\n\nExperience working in highly regulated or compliance-driven
