Responsibilities\nIncident & Escalation Management\nAct as the highest operational escalation point for complex network and security incidents.\nPerform real-time troubleshooting on IP/MPLS backbone, core routers, and security appliances.\nLead Major Incident (P1/P2) bridges and restore service in minimal time.\nWork closely with Tier-1/2 NOC teams, providing guidance and technical support.\nTroubleshooting & AnalysisDiagnose advanced issues involving:MPLS, MPLS-TE, RSVP-TE\n L3VPN, L2VPN (VPLS, VPWS, EVPN)\nRouting protocols: BGP, OSPF, IS-IS\n\nAnalyze packet captures, logs, and control-plane behavior.\nTroubleshoot performance, latency, flaps, routing loops, and service outages.\nFirewall & CGNAT SupportResolve escalations for:Juniper SRX, Fortinet, Checkpoint firewalls\nNokia and Cisco CGNAT platforms\n\nTroubleshoot NAT, filtering policies, VPN issues, and security rule conflicts.\nSupport customer-impacting security incidents.\nNetwork Stability & OptimizationPerform proactive audits and health checks on backbone infrastructure.\nOptimize routing policies, MPLS tunnels, and traffic engineering parameters.\nRecommend long-term fixes and
