Overview\nThe Technology Risk Specialist (Governance) will support technology governance activities for an IBM banking customer, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance processes across multiple domains, including:\nTechnology Refresh / End of Support (EOS)\nDisaster Recovery (DR)\nNon-Security Patch Management\nFree & Open Source Software (FOSS)\nThe consultant will be responsible for governance reporting, stakeholder management, risk monitoring, assessment and attestation exercises, documentation management, and driving process improvements through automationand AI-enabled solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nEngage with Technology, Risk, and Business stakeholders on governance initiatives.\nPrepare and manage periodic and ad-hoc governance reports.\nTrack remediation plans and follow up on risk action items.\nCoordinate annual and bi-annual assessment and attestation exercises.\nMaintain governance standards, process guides, playbooks, and related artifacts.\nDevelop automation or AI-driven solutions to improve governance processes and operational efficiency.\nProvide governance advisory and control guidance to stakeholders.\nConduct continuous monitoring to identify and mitigate technology risks.\nMandatory Requirements\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.\n3-5+ years of experience in Technology Risk, IT Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, or IT Audit.\nExperience within Banking or Financial Services environments preferred.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nExperience in one or more of the following domains: \nTechnology Refresh / EOS\nDisaster Recovery (DR)\nNon-Security Patch Management\nFOSS Governance\nTechnology Risk Management\nIT Governance & Controls\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nCRISC Certification\nCISA Certification\nExperience working within highly regulated
