Leadership\nDevelop and execute enterprise transformation strategies aligned with organizational objectives.\n\nLead large-scale business, digital, and operational transformation programs.\n\nPartner with executive leadership to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and innovation.\n\nEstablish transformation governance frameworks, KPIs, and success metrics.\n\nProgram & Portfolio Management\nManage a portfolio of strategic initiatives across business and technology functions.\n\nDrive program delivery from ideation through implementation and value realization.\n\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.\n\nIdentify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies across transformation programs.\n\nDigital Transformation\nLead modernization efforts involving cloud adoption, automation, AI/ML, analytics, and enterprise platforms.\n\nEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that drive business value.\n\nCollaborate with technology teams to implement scalable and innovative solutions.\n\nChange Management\nChampion organizational change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.\n\nDevelop communication and stakeholder engagement plans to ensure successful adoption.\n\nLead cross-functional teams through periods of organizational change.\n\nOperational Excellence\nDrive process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar methodologies.\n\nOptimize business operations, enhance customer experiences, and improve productivity.\n\nEstablish performance management frameworks and continuous improvement programs.\n\nStakeholder Management\nServe as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and business leaders.\n\nBuild strong relationships across business units, technology teams, and external partners.\n\nPresent transformation progress, business cases, and outcomes to executive leadership and Board stakeholders.\n\nTeam Leadership\nLead, mentor, and develop transformation leaders, program managers, and cross-functional teams.\n\nBuild high-performing teams focused on innovation, accountability, and execution excellence.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\n\nMaster's degree (MBA preferred).\n\n15+ years of experience in transformation, program management, consulting, operations, or technology leadership.\n\nProven success leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.\n\nStrong experience in digital transformation, operational excellence, and organizational change.\n\nExperience managing multimillion-dollar budgets and strategic portfolios.\n\nExceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in Healthcare, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail, or Technology domains.\n\nCertifications such as PMP, PgMP, Lean
