The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a cross-functional squad, driving the delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise solutions, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Billing platforms.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead and manage the Commercial (F&O, CRM, and Billing) squad to ensure successful delivery of business and technology initiatives.\nOwn the commercial roadmap and prioritize initiatives in collaboration with business stakeholders.\nEnsure high-quality delivery of enhancements, implementations, and production support.\nCollaborate with business, architecture, infrastructure, and development teams to deliver scalable solutions.\nProvide technical and functional leadership to the squad while promoting Agile best practices.\nManage squad capacity, work allocation, and performance to achieve delivery objectives.\nMonitor risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure timely resolution.\nDrive continuous improvement in processes, solution quality, and operational efficiency.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and vendors.\nEnsure compliance with organizational governance, security, and quality standards.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.\n10+ years of experience in enterprise applications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, CRM, and Billing solutions.\nExperience leading cross-functional Agile squads or delivery teams.\nStrong understanding of enterprise application architecture and system integration.\nExperience working in Agile delivery
