This role is largely a second-tier position for questions, requests and projects related to Integrations Team functions.\nReporting Structure:\nThe INFINITT Senior Interface Analyst will report to: Interface Team Manager\nPrinciple Functions:\n Professional Services AnalystsBuilding and Implementing Interfacing Solutions as well as maintaining integration solutions. \n\nProvide varying degrees of support (phone, in person, on-site, or as required) related to interface. Provide technical service and troubleshoot thoroughly. Report and/or document escalations as needed. Identify technical issues and provide resolutions to customers. \nDocumentation: System Design, Software and Implementation documentation - Technical and non-Technical. Test processes and information gathering with the goal of improving test processes and quality and efficiency of product. \nProjects and Professional Services including and not limited to: Interface Migrations, Upgrades, Go-Live Support, IPC, Database Exports, HL7 Interfaces and Customizations\nAny duties that may be relevant and industry acceptable for the Senior Interface Analyst role such as: After-hours Support and Off Hour projects may be asked and/or required to meet deadlines\nDevelop training materials and procedures, and/or train users in the proper use of hardware and software\nTraveling onsite to diagnose or build Interface or Professional Service-related solutions as needed\nAct as a Subject matter expert (SME) for professional services activities and provide sound advice or support to other team members\nProvide Senior Level guidance, advice, and training as needed for other Interface Analysts on the tea\nEssential Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in information technology, Healthcare Life Science, or equivalent \n4-6 years’ experience working in a medical, pharmaceutical, or imaging environment including quality and/or auditing duties. \nRequired, ability to prioritize multiple tasks and conflicting priorities. \nRequired, solid problem solving and analytical skills; ability to quickly understand any issue/problem encountered and recommend an appropriate solution. \nEssential Experience\nExcellent coding / programming knowledge \nProficient in SQL querying and updates \nWorking knowledge of HL7 and DICOM standards \nEnterprise IT background \nUnderstanding of PAC/RIS workflow \nExcellent written and communication skills \nWell versed in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)\nExcellent organization skills \nAbility to perform under pressure or in high pressure situations\nAbility to prioritize, multi-task (as needed), and understanding of sense of urgency \nEssential Characteristics\nThe candidate must be a professional and team-oriented individual with the ability to problem solve by thinking “outside of the box”, remain calm and contain composure during high pressure or chaotic situations, and have good judgement to escalate or deescalate when needed.
