to provide on-site technical support to customers, as well as to install, maintain and repair computer systems and IT infrastructure.\nMain Responsibilities\n· Install, configure and maintain desktop computers, peripherals and IT equipment.\n· Diagnose and repair faults in workstations, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.\n· Perform on-site visits to customers for technical support and problem resolution.\n· Install and support Microsoft Windows operating systems and office applications.\n· Support and perform basic management of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, Wi-Fi).\n· Install and maintain backup solutions, antivirus software and basic information security mechanisms.\n· Log and track requests through a ticketing system.\n· Document technical work and prepare reports after each visit.\n· Collaborate with other technical teams to address complex incidents.\n· Follow the company’s quality and safety procedures.\nRequirements\n· Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.\n· Previous experience in technical support or as a field technician is an advantage.\n· Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.\n· Understanding basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).\n· Experience installing and troubleshooting hardware and software.\n· Good command of the English language.\n· Valid driving license (category B).\n· Ability to travel and work at different customer locations.\nPreferred Qualifications\n· Certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA A+, Network+ or equivalent.\n· Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud services.\n· Knowledge of Active Directory and user management systems.\n· Experience with ticketing systems and incident tracking.\nSkills\n· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\n· Excellent communication and customer service skills.\n· Organizational skills and effective time management.\n· Responsibility and professionalism.\n· Team spirit and a
