This role is pivotal in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and supporting sales objectives:\nManage customer requests including preparation and dispatch of financial quotes and tender submissions.\nAccurately enter and track customer orders, handling queries and resolving order-related issues promptly.\nSend copies of software and hardware invoices, as well as certifications to customers.\nRecord technical problems and customer cases in the system for proper follow-up.\nLog sales assignments and business opportunities in the tracking system.\nMonitor customer stock levels and coordinate with vendors to request quotes and promotional offers.\nRegister deals with vendors and maintains continuous communication regarding ongoing promotions and requests.\nConfigure and support computer systems as required.\nCollaborate daily with internal teams including technical support, presales, warehouse, and finance departments to ensure accurate execution of processes.\nHandle incoming calls professionally at the company’s call center, providing prompt and courteous responses.\nEntry and tracking of customer orders.\nRequirements\nProven experience in sales support or customer service roles.\nStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.\nExcellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, vendors, and internal teams.\nProficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.\nDetail-oriented with a customer-first approach.\nAbility to work collaboratively within a team and
