This role is the critical bridge between our Electronics, Test & Integration, and Manufacturing teams. Your main function is to work closely with the electronics design team to test, debug, and validate power conversion systems. You will also be responsible for investigating sources of failures in Test & Integration or Manufacturing.\nResponsibilities\nPerform lab measurements to validate design performance-voltage, current, power, efficiency, switching waveforms, thermal, and EMI\nExecute functional, performance, and stress testing on motor drives and power products (AC/DC, DC/AC, DC/DC)\nSupport Manufacturing and Test & Integration teams with hardware troubleshooting\nBuild and operate power electronics test benches\nDiagnose failed field equipment and conduct root cause analysis\nCreate and execute test plans and procedures\nDocument results, failures, and corrective actions\nEnsure safe testing practices\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field\n2+ years of applicable industry experience or Master’s degree with emphasis on power electronic engineering.\nHands-on experience in power electronics\nUnderstanding of basic power electronic converters\nAbility to read and interpret schematics and datasheets\nExperience with lab equipment: oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, logic analyzers, electronic loads\nUnderstanding of electrical safety for high-voltage systems\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills\nBasic knowledge of PCB design and layout\nPreferred Qualifications\nHands-on experience with motor drives\nKnowledge of motor drive control theory\nExperience with low-voltage power systems (up to 1000V)\nPCB design experience in Altium\nBenefits\nAt Infinitum, we have created a collaborative community where everyone feels a sense of belonging and works together to achieve shared goals.
