This individual contributor role requires a high energy individual who is both a broad thinker and skilled executor with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously, drive alignment across departments, and ensure successful delivery of new products to market.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Leadership\nLead end-to-end execution of NPI programs from concept through launch.\nRe-engage at product End Of Life to lead that transition.\nExecute the Infinitum LifeCycle process (ILC) including detailed program plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams to deliver new products on time, within scope and on budget.\nProject Execution\nEstablish project baselines (cost, scope, schedule) in concert with the cross functional team (Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Commercial, etc).\nIdentify and resolve issues that may impact program success.\nHold all team members, including executive staff, accountable for deliverables and decisions.\nEnsure any deviation from the ILC process (i.e. deliverables that are not complete on time) has a documented waiver.\nDrive continuous improvement in program execution and product development processes.\nRun a weekly Project Team meeting to keep team members informed, aligned and on track.\nStakeholder Communication\nServe as the central point of contact for program status, risks, and decisions.\nProvide regular updates/reporting to leadership and stakeholders.\nFacilitate effective communication and collaboration across all involved teams.\nProcess & Governance\nApply best practices in program management and product lifecycle management.\nSupport the development and refinement of NPI processes and tools.\nEnsure compliance with internal standards and external regulations as applicable.\nQualifications\nBS in Engineering, Business, or related field.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in program management, product development, or related roles.\nProven experience managing electro-mechanical product development programs.\nStrong leadership skills with experience managing cross functional teams.\nExpertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).\nExpertise in product lifecycle processes.\nExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience in regulated industries (e.g., telecom equipment, utilities, automotive, aerospace).\nFamiliarity with ERP, MRP, PLM and similar business systems (NetSuite, Arena, Plex)\nAbility to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.\nStrong analytical thinking capabilities.\nLocation: Austin, TX\nReports To: VP, TPM\nBenefits\nAt Infinitum, we have created a collaborative community where everyone feels a sense of belonging and works together to achieve shared goals.
