and monitoring of public and private tenders and proposals, ensuring regulatory compliance, complete and accurate bid documentation, and strict adherence to deadlines.\nReview and extract requirements from tender notices and contracts; prepare and send related documents.\nCollect, verify and file supporting documents, including statutory declarations and supplementary letters.\nSubmit bids through electronic platforms (e.g., ESIDIS/ΕΣΗΔΗΣ, Cosmo One, e-supplies) and monitor the tender process (bid opening, pre-contract checks, award, assignment, contract).\nPrepare and submit technical and financial proposals in collaboration with pre-sales and sales teams.\nManage guarantee letters (issuance, receipt, return), maintaining direct communication with the partner bank and legal advisors.\nEnter purchase orders into Softone, monitor procurements and coordinate dispatch of physical bid folders.\nCooperate with the accounting department on payment documentation and issuance of related documents.\nRequirements\nExperience in tender/proposal management or a related administrative role (preferably 3+ years).\nExperience with electronic submission platforms (e.g., ESIDIS/ΕΣΗΔΗΣ) and ERP systems (Softone or equivalent).\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.\nAdvanced knowledge of Excel and Outlook.\nGood command of English.\nStrong communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments.\nWould be a plus:\nPrevious experience liaising with banks on guarantee letters.\nExperience in a technology
