We care about results.\nRole Overview\nSupernal is seeking an entrepreneurial and proactive Account Executive to drive customer acquisition, manage and grow sales pipelines, and enhance internal sales processes. This role combines client-facing responsibilities with internal systems optimization, offering a unique opportunity to significantly influence the growth and go to market strategy of a fast growing company. Ideal candidates will be highly self-motivated, possess the instincts and resolve to adapt rapidly, and work effectively within a fully remote startup environment.\nRole Context\nThis role plays a crucial part on our Growth Team. The company tripled in ARR in Q1, from $1M to $3M, and is set to double revenue in Q2, from $3M to $6M. A successful candidate will continue to find ways to grow high quality revenue attached to real value delivered for our customers.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nIdentify, source, and qualify new leads using CRM tools and other sales platforms.\n\nManage the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing.\n\nContinuously refine and enhance reporting and sales tracking capabilities within CRM systems.\n\nRegularly analyze market feedback from customer interactions to inform product strategy and market positioning.\n\nConduct client meetings to accurately identify client needs and align them with company offerings.\n\nDevelop and execute targeted outreach strategies based on industry trends and market research.\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally to develop and refine marketing and sales materials.\n\nCreate and manage customized pricing structures and proposals to meet client-specific needs.\n\nOversee CRM data integrity, optimization, and system improvements.\n\nAssist in forecasting revenue and strategically planning growth initiatives\n\nFrom time to time travel is expected for sales related activities (conferences, sales calls, etc.)\n\nQualifications\n3+ years in a direct client facing role, managing mid-market relationships with executives at scaling organizations.\n\nFamiliarity with CRM software (experience with Pipedrive preferred).\n\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.\n\nDemonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple cross-departmental processes simultaneously.\n\nStrategic thinker with the ability to proactively identify new market opportunities.\n\nSelf-starter comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing environments.\n\nRemote, based
