Why This Role Exists

We’re looking for an Associate Designer who can lead visual execution while thinking

systemically about brand, consistency, and scale.

This role is for a designer who doesn’t just “make things look good,” but understands how

design decisions ripple across products, platforms, and teams. You’ll help shape client-facing

work and internal Radiance assets while contributing to the evolution of The Source® as a

living design system.

You’ll work closely with founders, strategy, and product to translate high-level direction into

clear, elegant, production-ready design-without needing heavy oversight.

What You’ll Do

• Lead design execution across brand, web, decks, social, and paid media
• Build and maintain scalable brand systems, style guides, and component libraries in

Figma

• Translate creative direction and strategy into polished, production-ready assets
• Support web design with wireframes and layouts (Webflow build skills a plus, not

required)

• Create internal Radiance marketing assets including case studies, decks, and visual

narratives

• Ensure consistency, quality, and organization of assets within The Source®
• Participate in critiques, concept development, and collaborative reviews
• Balance speed and craft-shipping excellent work without over-polish

What You Bring

• 3-5+ years of professional design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)
• Advanced Figma fluency (components, responsive systems, prototyping)
• Strong foundation in typography, layout, color, and digital-first design
• Ability to translate brand strategy into clean, compelling visual systems
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and proactive
• Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally
• Fluency with AI-assisted design workflows (Midjourney or similar)

Bonus Points

• Experience with Webflow, Framer, or motion design
• Familiarity with Canva, Notion, or system-based design ops
• Experience working inside brand systems or creative platforms
• Interest in how AI and automation can enhance-not replace-design craft
