Every engagement we deliver is not just creative output, but infrastructure: systems that scale as our clients grow.\nAt the center is The SOURCE®, a platform blending design, AI, and automation into a single evolving system for brand truth, execution, and growth.\nWe are backed by Infinity Constellation, the first AI holding company, and are building something category-defining at the intersection of brand, systems, and intelligence.\nWhy This Role Exists\nRadiance is moving from services-first → platform-powered.\nWe are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help architect, build, and evolve The SOURCE® from a powerful internal system into a scalable platform that supports both our agency workflows and future SaaS expansion.\nThis is not a “ticket-taking” role.\nThis is a role for someone who wants to shape the product, the architecture, and the technical philosophy from the ground up.\nYou’ll work directly with the founder to translate creative workflows, brand logic, and operational complexity into elegant systems that compound over time.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPlatform & Product Architecture\nDesign and own the technical architecture of The SOURCE®\n\nTranslate creative, brand, and agency workflows into scalable systems\n\nBuild a platform that supports services today and SaaS tomorrow\n\nMake pragmatic decisions about build vs buy vs automate\n\nExecution & Systems\nShip fast, iterate often, and prioritize leverage over perfection\n\nBuild internal tools that reduce scope creep and operational drag\n\nIntegrate AI, automation, and workflow tooling where it actually adds value\n\nEstablish technical standards, documentation, and patterns early\n\nPartnership & Leadership\nAct as a thought partner to the founder on product vision and sequencing\n\nHelp define what Radiance should and should not build\n\nLay the groundwork for future engineering hires and contributors\n\nOwn outcomes, not just code\n\nWhat You Bring\n6-12+ years experience in engineering, product, or technical architecture roles\n\nExperience building platforms or internal systems from zero to v1 (or beyond)\n\nStrong product intuition: you think in systems, not features\n\nComfort working in ambiguity with evolving requirements\n\nAbility to translate non-technical needs into technical solutions\n\nPragmatic, opinionated, and execution-focused\n\nExperience with modern web stacks, APIs, automation, and AI tooling\n\nBias toward leverage, simplicity, and compounding value\n\nMUST-HAVE HARD SKILLS (Non-Negotiable)\n1. Full-Stack Web Development (Production-Grade)\nFrontend: React / Next.js (or equivalent modern framework)\n\nBackend: Node.js / Python (FastAPI preferred) or similar\n\nREST + basic GraphQL understanding\n\nAuthentication, permissions, role-based access\n\nHandling real users, real data, real edge cases\n\n2. Systems Thinking & Data Modeling\nDesigning relational and/or hybrid schemas (Postgres + JSON)\n\nModeling entities like:\nBrands\n\nAssets\n\nCampaigns\n\nMessaging hierarchies\n\nVersions / approvals / history\n\nUnderstanding how systems evolve without breaking\n\n3. Workflow Automation & Tool Integration\nIntegrate tools via APIs (Stripe, Jira, Webflow, CMSs, CRMs)\n\nUse automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, Temporal, etc.)\n\nDesign async workflows (approvals, handoffs, notifications)\n\nBuild internal dashboards and admin tools\n\n4. AI / LLM Practical Implementation\nPrompt engineering for structured outputs\n\nEmbedding LLMs into workflows\n\nUsing vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Supabase, etc.)\n\nDesigning guardrails for brand voice + consistency\n\nKnowing when NOT to use AI\n\n5.
