This role owns the full event lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and building partnerships to executing events and measuring results. You’ll work independently and cross-functionally to grow brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition through high-impact local events.\nHighlights of your role\nDevelop and execute local event marketing strategies.\nIdentify and evaluate events, trade shows, sponsorships, and partnership opportunities.\nOwn event planning, budgets, logistics, vendors, and execution.\nBuild strong relationships with stakeholders, event organizers, vendors, and community partners.\nCoordinate event staffing and resources with internal teams.\nTrack lead generation, conversion, revenue contribution, and ROI.\nUse performance data to improve programs and recommend future investments.\nEnsure a consistent brand and customer experience across events.\nYou’re a good fit if you have (or if you can)\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred\n5+ years of event, field, experiential, or partner marketing experience.\nStrong project management, analytical, and communication skills.\nExperience managing budgets, vendors, and partnerships.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities.\nAbility to travel and support evening/weekend events.\nAbility to move event materials up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation.\nWe invite you to see yourself at Marvin\nFrom people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
