This role combines strategic planning with tactical execution across multiple channels and marketing programs.\nHighlights of your role\nLead and manage marketing projects and programs through proactive planning, detailed project management, and clear communication to ensure alignment with the Infinity by Marvin brand strategy and business initiatives.\nManage Infinity by Marvin’s social media accounts. Develop, publish, and monitor content across platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest. Track social media performance metrics using SproutSocial.\nOwn and manage paid social media campaigns across social media platforms.\nOversee influencer marketing initiatives to grow Infinity by Marvin brand awareness, including program development, execution, and relationship management.\nEngage in community management. Respond to messages, foster audience relationships, engage in social listening initiatives, and build strong connections with our dealer partners.\nSupport partner marketing programs by delivering social media content and other marketing assets.\nCollaborate on creating and refining content across multiple formats, leveraging tools such as PageProof, Asana, Canva, Photoshop, or other platforms as appropriate.\nResearch industry awards and articles for awareness and engagement. Coordinate submissions in collaboration with leadership to position Infinity for recognition in the home improvement industry.\nEnsure projects meet budgets and deadlines, while identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvements.\nOther projects as assigned.\nYou’re a good fit if you have (or if you can)\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (strongly preferred).\nMinimum 2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or project management; 5 years preferred.\nProven ability to organize information, communicate effectively, and collaborate professionally within a team environment, both internally and with external partners.\nSolid understanding of marketing and business principles, including the evolving landscapes of social media and digital marketing.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy in all deliverables.\nExperience working cross-functionally to complete projects with a positive, approachable, responsive, and respectful personality.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project).\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, compelling messages and act in a professional manner in various work settings.\nStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.\nExperience or familiarity with SproutSocial or similar tools for social media reporting.\nBackground in collaborating with external and/or internal creative services or agencies.\nGeneral familiarity with Salesforce preferred.\nExperience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar resources for content creation.\nWe invite you to see yourself at Marvin\nFrom people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
