From inventory and logistics to safety and facility operations, you’ll play an important role in making sure our crews have the right products and materials at the right time.\nHighlights of your role\nOversee receiving, staging, storage, and preparation of products and materials for installation projects.\nSupervise, train, and support warehouse associates.\nMaintain accurate inventory records and conduct monthly cycle counts.\nCoordinate pickups, deliveries, and job-site material drop-offs.\nManage vendor relationships, purchasing needs, and material sourcing.\nMaintain a safe, clean, organized, and efficient warehouse and facility.\nConduct safety walks, equipment checks, and vehicle inspections.\nPartner with installation teams to resolve product and material issues and keep projects moving.\nIdentify opportunities to improve inventory flow, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency.\nYou’re a good fit if you have (or if you can)\n2+ years of warehouse, logistics, material handling, or operations experience preferred.\nPrevious supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.\nStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with inventory or warehouse management systems; Acumatica or Salesforce experience is a plus.\nAbility to work independently, make decisions, and take ownership of warehouse and facility operations.\nKnowledge of warehouse safety and compliance practices preferred.\nValid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.\nCompensation: $75,000 - $85,000, pay based on experience.\nWe also want to make sure you have\nAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull at least 50 lbs.\nAbility to stand for at least 6 hours per day.\nAbility to climb ladders and stairs and perform tasks that require kneeling.\nWe invite you to see yourself at Marvin\nFrom people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
