You will develop cloud-native microservices that power enterprise retailers across Order Management, Inventory Visibility, Available-to-Promise (ATP), Promising, and Fulfillment.\nYou will work with experienced engineers and architects to build scalable, reliable, and maintainable software while growing your technical expertise in enterprise product development.\nWe are looking for engineers who actively use AI-assisted software engineering to improve code quality, productivity, and learning.\nWhat a Day in The Life Looks Like:\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain Java Spring Boot microservices. \nBuild REST APIs and backend services for enterprise Order Management and Supply Chain applications. \nImplement new product features and resolve production issues with high quality and attention to detail. \nWrite clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices. \nParticipate in code reviews and technical discussions. \nWork closely with Product Management, QA, DevOps, and senior engineers to deliver product enhancements. \nContribute to improving application performance, scalability, reliability, and security. \nBuild configurable product capabilities that can be used by multiple enterprise customers. \nFollow CI/CD, automated testing, and secure software development practices. \nUse AI tools responsibly for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and productivity while maintaining ownership of the delivered solution. \nWhat You Bring to the Team:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.\n5+ years of professional software development experience.\nStrong programming skills in Java.\nExperience with Spring Boot and REST API development\nGood understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and software design principles.\nExperience with SQL and/or MongoDB.\nFamiliarity with Git and modern development workflows.\nBasic understanding of microservices architecture.\nGood debugging and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication and teamwork skills.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.\nExposure to Docker and Kubernetes.\nFamiliarity with Kafka or other messaging technologies.\nKnowledge of enterprise applications such as Order Management, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or eCommerce.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum teams.\nExposure to observability and monitoring tools.\nExperience writing unit and integration tests.\nAI-Assisted Software Engineering:\nCandidates should be comfortable using AI tools as part of their daily development workflow.\nExperience should include:\nCode generation and refactoring\nDebugging and troubleshooting\nWriting unit tests\nUnderstanding unfamiliar codebases\nGenerating technical documentation\nLearning new technologies and frameworks\nEngineers are expected to use AI to improve productivity while applying sound engineering judgment, validating AI-generated code, and maintaining accountability for the quality of their work.\nWhy join us?\nAt Infios, we'renot just looking for employees; we'relooking for partners in innovation, growth, and purpose.
