We’re looking to hire exceptional talent to join us in building the open source security infrastructure stack for the AI era.\nAbout the role\nWe’re looking for a Founding Product Manager to help shape the future of Infisical’s platform. As our first Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of our Secrets Management product line, working closely with engineering and the founders to define product strategy, accelerate innovation, and build a product that developers love.\nThis is a highly technical, hands-on role for someone who combines strong engineering judgment with exceptional product taste. You’ll have the opportunity to establish the foundations of our product function, drive meaningful improvements to a platform used by developers and enterprises, and expand your scope across product lines like Infisical PKI and Infisical PAM as we grow.\nYou’ll work closely with our founders, engineering, sales, and marketing to:\nOwn the product strategy and roadmap for Secrets Management, making informed trade-offs between customer needs, technical complexity, and business impact to help us build and ship the right things quickly.\n\nWork directly with customers to understand pain points, identify opportunities, and translate insights into product improvements that drive adoption, retention, and expansion.\n\nDefine product metrics, establish analytics and tracking infrastructure, and use data to guide product decisions and measure the impact of what you ship.\n\nOwn product pricing and packaging, helping determine how we monetize the platform and how features are structured across different tiers.\n\nDevelop a deep understanding of the developer tools and infrastructure landscape, continuously evaluating the user experience and competitive environment to inform product direction.\n\nPartner with engineering, sales, and marketing to bring products to market, shape technical messaging, and enable our go-to-market teams to effectively communicate product value.\n\nRequirements\nStrong technical background, ideally with previous software engineering experience and a deep understanding of developer tools, APIs, infrastructure, and software architecture.\n\nProven experience owning and scaling a product surface in a Product Management capacity, with a track record of delivering measurable product and business impact.\n\nStrong product judgment and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively, make decisions with incomplete information, and translate customer insights and business goals into a clear roadmap.\n\nExceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to customers and internal teams.\n\nA bias toward action and high ownership, with the ability to operate independently, move quickly, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.\n\nA tech-forward mindset, with a willingness to get hands-on with technical work, experiment with AI tools, and continuously explore new approaches to solving product and engineering problems.\n\nNice to have\nExperience owning pricing and packaging for a software product.\n\nExperience building or scaling developer tools, infrastructure, or security products.\n\nExperience with open-source or open-core products and an understanding of the needs of both individual developers and enterprise customers.\n\nExperience with product analytics, data instrumentation, and building dashboards to measure product performance.\n\nTeam, values & benefits\nOur team brings experience from companies like Databricks, AWS, Red Hat, and more.
