The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing automation platforms, artifact repositories, security tools, databases, and enterprise infrastructure.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Administer Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, including Automation Controller, Private Automation Hub, Event-Driven Ansible, execution nodes, inventories, credentials, and job templates.\n\n- Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, rulebooks, custom collections, and reusable automation for Windows and Linux/RHEL environments.\n\n- Design and implement event-driven automation using event streams, rulebooks, and automated actions.\n\n- Build, version, and promote Ansible collections and execution environments through Private Automation Hub.\n\n- Automate platform administration using REST APIs and Configuration as Code.\n\n- Manage JFrog Artifactory, Xray, and Advanced Security, including repositories, access controls, scanning, upgrades, backups, and troubleshooting.\n\n- Administer SonarQube, including scanners, plugins, permissions, quality gates, and database dependencies.\n\n- Support PostgreSQL connectivity, backup and recovery, upgrades, capacity planning, and monitoring.\n\n- Integrate enterprise services with AD/LDAP, secret management, Jira, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, monitoring, logging, databases, and APIs.\n\n- Collaborate with CI/CD teams to integrate Ansible automation with pipelines, webhooks, credentials, artifacts, and deployments.\n\n- Support Windows Server, Linux/RHEL, containers, networking, certificates, storage, and virtualization.\n\n- Handle platform upgrades, patching, production changes, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.\n\n- Maintain technical documentation, establish automation standards, and mentor engineering teams.\n\nMandatory Skills:\n\n- 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Systems Engineering.\n\n- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.\n\n- Strong experience with Automation Controller, Private Automation Hub, Event-Driven Ansible, Ansible collections, and execution environments.\n\n- Hands-on experience with JFrog Artifactory and Xray, or comparable artifact management and security platforms.\n\n- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL administration and troubleshooting.\n\n- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux/RHEL environments.\n\n- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and Python.\n\n- Working knowledge of Shell scripting, YAML, JSON, and REST APIs.\n\n- Experience with enterprise security, change management, audit requirements, and production support.\n\n- Good written and verbal English communication skills.\n\nGood to Have:\n\n- Experience with Bitbucket Cloud, Bitbucket Pipelines, or Bamboo.\n\n- Knowledge of JFrog CLI, Frogbot, and software supply-chain security.\n\n- Experience with Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, or K3S.\n\n- Experience integrating CI/CD pipelines with Ansible automation.\n\n- Exposure to AWS, Azure, Infrastructure as Code, and virtualization.\n\n- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.\n\n- Experience with AI-assisted automation
