By achieving our mission, we unlock businesses to build and human innovation to inflect!\nSpecialized Technical Capabilities Required\n Backend & API Integration Mastery: 3-5 years of professional backend development with production expertise in Go (or strong adjacent languages with a rapid ramp to Go), REST/API integrations, Postgres, Redis, and cloud infrastructure on AWS.\nAdapter & Tooling Engineering: Practical experience building provider adapters, schema mapping tools, validation guardrails, and message-queue/event-driven architectures.\n Modern Integration Stack (Node/TS & LLMs): Exposure to Node.js/TypeScript backend tooling, LLM/agent integration frameworks, and GUI tooling to support self-serve adapter automation.\nCross-Border Async Collaboration: Fluent professional English communication skills for effective cross-border async collaboration, code reviews, and daily alignment across Brazil, Poland, and US time zones.\nScope of Services & Project Deliverables\n Gateway & Adapter Service Delivery: Architect, build, and maintain Go-based backend services and provider adapters for network, bare-metal/GPU, and data providers (live pricing and availability).\nSelf-Serve Onboarding Frameworks: Contribute to schema mapping frameworks, GUI tooling, validation guardrails, and LLM-assisted integration frameworks that allow non-engineers to onboard providers with minimal overhead.\nAdapter Maintenance & Observability: Own assigned adapter surfaces end-to-end under pod technical standards, delivering well-tested, highly observable services while maintaining existing adapter logic.\n Cross-Pod Alignment: Collaborate asynchronously across distributed functions (Design, QA, Data Foundation) to deliver reliable gateway integrations with US business hours overlap.\nTechnical Advisory & Standards: Conduct code reviews, pull-request assessments, and technical documentation updates to uphold engineering quality across the pod.\nDefinition of Success (What Strong Performance on Projects Looks Like)\nProduction provider integrations and adapters are independently shipped and operating reliably in production.\nAt least one new supply provider group (network, bare-metal/GPU, or data) is successfully onboarded into the marketplace.\nSelf-serve onboarding frameworks and GUI/validation tooling measurably reduce manual engineering effort per provider.\nAn end-to-end slice of the gateway is reliably owned, well-tested, and maintained under pod technical standards.\nEngagement Terms & Compliance Structure\nContract Type & Rate: Fixed-rate monthly Independent B2B Service Agreement executed via Rippling, $5,000-$6,500/mo based on experience\n Invoicing & Tax Compliance: Independent contractor must be registered with the Mexican tax authority (SAT) under an applicable business tax regime (e.g., RESICO or Persona Física con Actividad Empresarial) and issue valid electronic invoices (CFDI - Comprobante Fiscal Digital por Internet) uploaded into Rippling for monthly disbursement.\nAutonomy: Complete flexibility over work schedules, location, and execution methods necessary to fulfill project deliverables and agreed milestones;
