This successful candidate will have thorough knowledge of all contract types and will enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced environment that allows you to think outside of the box for solutions while staying in the guidelines of policies and procedures.\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES\nThe duties and responsibilities outlined below include essential functions of the role. Depending on business needs, this role may perform a combination of some or all of the following duties.\n·Contract Administration\nReview, assess risk, and negotiate all terms and conditions for new contracts and associated agreements as well as for modifications of existing contracts/agreements.\nMonitor existing contracts to ensure continual compliance with FAR, DFARS and other regulatory requirements. Analyze new rules and laws to assess their possible influence on the company. Perform an annual audit of applicable FAR/DFARS to ensure compliance.\nCollaborate with the accounting department to ensure accurate billing and collection of contractual income.\nMaintain the contract management system computer database to ensure it is current.\nTrack and coordination the submission of all contract deliverables to the customer.\nIdentify potential contract changes/issues and assess the impacts on the business.\nCoordinate with the internal program team and the customer to ensure timely contract change management.\nAdvise business and technical staff of contractual rights and obligations and provide interpretation of complex terms and conditions.\nGovernment Property Management Liaison\nCoordinate with Government Property Manager and Project Managers to complete inventory reporting and submit to government officials per contract specifications.\nContract Closeout\no Responsible for closeout of contracts to include subcontractor agreements, intellectual property reporting, government property disposition and certification, and final invoicing.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or related field) and minimum five years prior experience with Government Contracting\nknowledge of and experience with Contract Terms and Conditions, to include FAR and DFARS\nTeam Player with good interpersonal skills\nAbility to work independently when needed\nStrong organizational and time management skills\nStrong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills\nWord processing skills, especially with Microsoft Office products and desktop software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nMust have the ability to prioritized work in a dynamic environment\nKnowledge of Cost Plus, T&M and FFP contract vehicles\nAble to effectively share information with technical and non-technical staff\nGood collaboration skills, able to work in a team environment where engagement and participation are an expected part of successful job performance\nThis position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance; an active U.S. security clearance is preferred.\nTRAVEL\nUp to 10% local travel may be required.\nBenefits\nSalary Range: per year 100000-115000\n100% company-paid medical, dental, vision, short/long-term disability \nEmployer-funded Health Savings Account \nUnlimited PTO \n401(k) match \nCompany-paid Life and AD&D Insurance \nFlexible Savings Account \nPaid FMLA, Maternity/Paternity Leave \nEmployee Assistance Program \nStudent Loan Repayment \nEquity Program\nNotice to Recruitment Agencies:\nInfleqtion does not accept unsolicited resumes from agencies.
