As a Senior GitLab DevSecOps Engineer, you will deliver GitLab-scoped engagements for GitLab's enterprise and public sector customers, working alongside the GitLab PS team under GitLab's methodology, on GitLab-managed statements of work.\nThe work is cleared, customer-facing, and runs against defined scopes. You will install and operate GitLab at enterprise scale, migrate agencies off legacy platforms, design CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines, and roll out GitLab Duo and the Duo Agent Platform (DAP) in environments where the mission depends on getting it right the first time.\nWhat You Will Do:\nAdminister GitLab Self-Managed and Dedicated environments: install, upgrade, backup and restore, user and group management, runners, Geo replication, and performance tuning.\nLead enterprise migrations into GitLab from GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or SVN. Use Congregate and direct transfer. Deploy GitLab reference architectures.\nDesign and optimize CI/CD pipelines, including security scanning (SAST, DAST, dependency, container) and compliance framework integration.\nConfigure and roll out the GitLab Duo Agent Platform (DAP): build and customize agents and flows, enable AI-assisted development workflows, and advise customers on governance and adoption.\nDeliver customer-facing advisory, clear documentation, and knowledge transfer to agency teams. Lead workshops, cutovers, and secure-environment deployments.\nOperate against defined SOWs with GitLab managing the customer relationship. Scope, estimate, and ship work on schedule.\nRequired Skills:\n3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or platform engineering.\nHands-on GitLab administration experience in production (Self-Managed or Dedicated).\nExperience designing, running, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines at enterprise scale.\nStrong consulting instincts: clear written and verbal communication, ability to lead a customer meeting, and discipline working to a defined scope.\nWillingness to travel to customer sites for workshops, cutovers, and secure facilities.\nPreferred Skills:\nActive GitLab certifications (GitLab Certified Associate, Professional, or Services Engineer).\nExperience with Kubernetes and Terraform in production.\nExperience with AWS, GCP, or Azure in a DevSecOps context.\nPrior work on federal, defense, or intelligence community programs.\nExperience with GitLab Duo, DAP, agentic AI, or AI-assisted development adoption.\nExperience with security scanning toolchains, STIG compliance, or cATO frameworks.\nWhat You'll Get:\nDirect GitLab enablement, training on GitLab PS delivery methods and tooling, and a defined path to GitLab certifications.\nWork on cleared, high-impact engagements across DoW, IC, and civilian federal customers.\nThe opportunity to build INflow's GitLab practice from the ground up as a founding member.\nClearance Requirements:\nMinimum of a DoD Secret clearance is required.
