a difference.\nJob Responsibilities\nConfiguring, managing, and maintaining enterprise windows server environments.\nAdministering system components such as servers, applications, services, and databases.\nManaging user permissions, Active Directory integration, and system security policies.\nImplementing and maintaining governance policies, backup and recovery plans, and disaster recovery strategies.\nAdministering and optimizing system management tools and core services supporting enterprise operations.\nPerforming routine system health checks and applying patches, Cumulative Updates (CUs), and Service Packs (SPs).\nMonitoring system performance, reviewing logs, and responding to alerts or issues affecting system availability or performance.\nCollaborating with infrastructure teams to support Windows Server, IIS, and SQL Server configurations.\nInvestigating and resolving system errors, performance issues, and service disruptions.\nProviding Tier II/III support to end users and system owners for system-related issues.\nMaintaining documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guidance.\nDeploying and configuring custom or third-party system solutions and applications.\nSupporting solution lifecycle management across development, test, and production environments.\nRequired Skills\nExperience administering and maintaining enterprise IT systems, servers, applications, and core services\nProficiency managing Active Directory, user permissions, security policies, and system access controls\nHands-on experience with Windows Server environments, including IIS and SQL Server integration\nAbility to perform system patching, updates, and routine maintenance to ensure system security and availability\nExperience monitoring system performance, reviewing logs, and responding to alerts and incidents\nStrong troubleshooting skills supporting Tier II/III system issues and service disruptions\nExperience deploying, configuring, and supporting custom and third-party applications across multiple environments\nKnowledge of backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning and execution\nAbility to document system configurations, procedures, and operational support guidance\nEducation & Certification Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in an IT-related discipline (or 3 additional years of experience)\nMinimum of four (4) years of experience performing systems administration in enterprise environments.\nDesired Certifications\nMicrosoft Certified: SharePoint Server Hybrid Administrator Associate\nMicrosoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator\nCompTIA Security+ CE\nClearance Requirements\nDoD Top Secret clearance is
