With opportunities to work on high-impact projects, access to the latest technologies, and a culture that thrives on creativity and collaboration, INflow Federal is where your expertise can truly make a difference.\nResponsibilities:\nServe as NGA College Liaison for all events involving program IT equipment and/or requiring program support.\nFacilitate meetings and engage regularly with customers and members of senior leadership to:\nAddress IT related questions or concerns\nCoordinate and plan emerging customer requirements and classes\nProvide situational awareness to NGA College stakeholders concerning upcoming maintenance of IT systems or technology refresh efforts associated with systems installed in NGA College classrooms and spaces\nIndependently develops technical solutions for the management for software, hardware, configurations, and architecture. Provides interpretation to Systems matters that are moderately complex in nature.\nProvide troubleshooting support for systems hardware and software issues that are highly complex.\nPerforms advance software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages.\nApply advanced knowledge in monitoring and tuning the system to achieve optimum performance levels.\nProvides guidance to less experienced personnel on workstation/server data integrity matters and the implantation of standard software and hardware solutions. \nLeads complex data/media recoverability following a schedule of system backups and database archive operations.\nEvaluates and assesses existing systems and plans long term strategies.\nConfigure and maintain networked computer systems, including hardware, system software, and applications\nConducts advanced to complex hardware and software audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies and configurations guidelines.\nRecognized subject matter expert in job area typically through advanced education and work experience. Established operational plans. Manages large projects with limited oversight from manager. \nInventory management of program deployed software and end user devices\nUtilize Cisco TMS to facilitate VTC calls\nStrong written and verbal communication is imperative when dealing with technically minded employees and non-technical colleagues\nTrain end-users in the proper use of hardware and software.
