a difference.\nDuties & Responsibilities\nManage the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systems\nMaintain the integrity and security of servers and systems\nSet up administrator and service accounts\nMaintain system documentation\nInteract with users and evaluate vendor products\nMake recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinate installation, and provide backup recovery\nDevelop and monitor policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources\nAutomate software deployments, package software, and troubleshoot VDI endpoints, virtual machines, and geospatial/corporate software issues, making corrective recommendations as necessary\nRespond quickly to application/hardware issues, resolve problems on the spot where possible, replicate issues for internal analysis/diagnosis, and assist in preparing technical documentation of problems and solutions\nProgram in an administrative language as needed\nDevelop and implement testing strategies and document results\nProvide advice and training to end users\nProvide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced staff members\nMaintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned and participate in special projects as required\nRequired Skills & Experience\n5-10 years of directly related experience in systems administration and analysis\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience\nExperience supporting maintenance and change requests for all user-facing devices and systems\nAttention to detail and strong organizational skills\nStrong writing skills (document creation and note taking)\nStrong time management skills\nAbility to work within a team on projects and/or tasks\nMulti-mission environment experience\nExperience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)\nAbility to troubleshoot and document various problems\nExcellent customer service skills\nDesired Skills\nSoftware package/binary deployment (Tanium, Numecent, XenApp,
