The goal: keep financial operations flawless, automated, and up to date, without the CFO having to chase.\nRole transition\n Stage 1 (now): 80% operational / 20% strategic. Focus on running treasury operations frictionlessly and automating them.\n Stage 2 (with performance and a mature function): 60% operational / 40%strategic. The role grows into the strategic layer: banking, debt, working capital, and investments.\nOperational responsibilities (the core)\n Accounts receivable and payable (AR/AP): full cycle, current and traceable.\nCollections strategy and follow-up: a living process, with a shorter collection cycle.\nSeller relationship: day-to-day coordination, collections, and resolution.\nCash management: daily visibility, reconciliations, nothing loose.\nPayment calendar and treasury execution: vendor and seller payments, on time and organized.\nOperational banking relationship: accounts, movements, and coordination with banks.\n Process automation and AI: use technology and AI to scale the operation (key at Influur).\nControls and reporting: documented, current, and reliable treasury.\nStrategic layer (grows in Stage 2)\nBanking and debt strategy (ALCO committee).\nWorking capital and 2 to 3 year cash flow projections.\nCash optimization and investments (crypto and wallet project).\nFintech projects.\nWhat we are looking for\nOwnership and leadership: drive topics to closure.\nElevate and automate, not just maintain.\nBring solutions, not friction.\nFinancial judgment and comfort using technology and AI as leverage.\nFirst 90 days\nCollections current: a live follow-up process running, with a shorter collection cycle.\nClean, predictable payment calendar.\nReliable weekly cash visibility.\nFirst automations of the operation (AR/AP and collections).\nProfile\nReal experience in financial operations or treasury.\nOwnership and drive to grow into the strategic
