We're hiring a Senior Staff Software Engineer to be a company-level technical leader for InfluxDB 3.0, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer. InfluxDB 3.0 is a fast, columnar, time series database backed by object storage, written from the ground up in Rust, using Apache Arrow, Arrow Flight, and DataFusion. You'll write code for the storage engine and shape where it goes next, while acting as a trusted voice on large-scale developer data platforms and engineering best practice. This is a hands-on role with company-wide reach.
