Through partnerships with colleges and universities, Vault also delivers white-label career resources to students across the country.\nJob Summary\nThe Product Analyst supports the Product Director across a range of initiatives, with a focus on usage reporting, data-driven insights, and product delivery for Vault. The Product Analyst owns usage analysis across Vault’s partner school white-label sites and content library, and helps modernize how Vault measures and reports performance by applying AI and other external tools to automate analysis. The role also serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, managing work in JIRA from ticket creation through completion so priorities are delivered on time.\nEssential Functions\nUsage Reporting & Analytics\nBuild and maintain usage reporting across Vault’s partner school white-label sites, providing clear visibility into engagement and adoption by school.\nTrack and report on usage across all Vault content to identify top performers, trends, gaps, and opportunities.\nDevelop recurring dashboards and reports for internal teams, leadership, and partner-facing needs.\nTranslate data into actionable insights and recommendations that inform product and content decisions.\nMeasurement & Automation\nIdentify opportunities to streamline and automate usage analysis using AI and other external tools.\nDefine and standardize key metrics and reporting methodologies to ensure consistency and accuracy.\nEvaluate and recommend new analytics tools and approaches that improve efficiency and depth of insight.\nProduct Delivery & JIRA Management\nCreate well-defined JIRA tickets with clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and priorities.\nManage tickets through the full lifecycle to completion, tracking status and proactively flagging risks or delays.\nServe as the liaison between the business and development teams, ensuring requirements are understood and work is completed on time.\nSupport backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization in partnership with the Product Director.\nCollaboration & Communication\nCollaborate closely with product, content, engineering, sales, and partner success teams.\nPresent findings and recommendations to audiences at all levels, from organizational peers to executives.\nSupport the Product Director on additional initiatives and special projects as needed.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nSuccess Measures\nDelivers accurate, timely usage reporting that stakeholders rely on to understand engagement and adoption.\nProduces insights and recommendations that measurably inform product and content decisions.\nConsistently reduces manual effort in analysis through automation and improved tools.\nJIRA work is well-defined and moves to completion on schedule, with risks surfaced early.\nTrusted by the business and development teams as a clear, reliable liaison.\nCommunicates findings clearly and concisely to audiences from peers to executives.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in business, analytics, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n3+ years of experience in an analytics, product, or business analyst role.\nHands-on experience with JIRA, including ticket creation, workflow management, and tracking work to completion.\nProficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization or reporting tools.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear, compelling insights.\nFamiliarity with AI tools and an interest in applying them to automate and scale analysis.\nExperience collaborating within a product group and presenting findings at various levels, including organizational peers and executives.\nExcellent organization, communication, and follow-through skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including reporting and event-based tracking.\nPrior experience with product analytics and product planning frameworks (e.g., OKRs, RICE, roadmapping).\nExperience with SaaS, EdTech, or multi-tenant/white-label platforms.\nExposure to SQL, Looker Studio, or similar BI
