The role will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design functional solutions, support implementations, and resolve production issues.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Act as the functional SPOC for Oracle Fusion O2C processes and PPM-integrated workflows.\n\n- Engage with business leads and stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements.\n\n- Translate business requirements into effective Oracle Fusion functional solutions and workflows.\n\n- Own key O2C functions including Accounts Receivable, customer master data, billing, invoicing, adjustments, ageing, reconciliation, and refunds.\n\n- Ensure accurate accounting flows from Accounts Receivable to General Ledger.\n\n- Work extensively on Oracle Fusion PPM processes including project setup, cost collection/collation, contracts, and project billing.\n\n- Evaluate proposed solutions, identify process improvements, and drive business alignment and sign-off.\n\n- Support production issues, investigate root causes, and coordinate resolution of functional escalations.\n\n- Collaborate with technical teams, business users, and other stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle.\n\n- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and solution specifications.\n\n- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative solution delivery.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- 5 -
