The role involves analyzing prescription, sales, claims, patient, HCP, and market data to generate actionable insights that support brand performance, commercial effectiveness, customer engagement, and strategic decision-making.\n\nThe ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with IQVIA data assets such as Xponent, DDD, LAAD, Claims, and OneKey, along with a strong understanding of healthcare data structures, pharmaceutical business rules, and commercial data hierarchies.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Analyze healthcare and pharmaceutical datasets, including prescription (Rx), sales, claims, longitudinal patient, HCP, and market data.\n\n- Work with IQVIA commercial data assets such as Xponent, DDD, LAAD, Claims, and OneKey to generate meaningful business insights.\n\n- Interpret complex healthcare data structures, data hierarchies, business rules, and product/HCP identifiers.\n\n- Perform prescription, sales, market share, competitive, and brand performance analysis.\n\n- Conduct HCP segmentation, targeting, and profiling to support commercial strategy and call planning.\n\n- Perform patient journey and longitudinal patient analytics to understand treatment patterns, patient progression, and therapy switching.\n\n- Support sales force effectiveness analysis, including territory performance, customer reach, and engagement metrics.\n\n- Analyze omnichannel marketing performance and customer engagement across pharmaceutical commercial channels.\n\n- Develop commercial reports, dashboards, analytical models, and performance measurement frameworks.\n\n- Support forecasting, market assessment, brand planning, and commercial excellence initiatives.\n\n- Validate data quality, reconcile datasets, investigate discrepancies, and ensure the accuracy and consistency of analytical outputs.\n\n- Collaborate with commercial strategy, marketing, sales, market research, and business teams to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations.\n\n- Maintain documentation covering data definitions, business rules, transformations, analytical methodologies, and reporting processes.\n\n- Contribute to continuous improvement in healthcare data analysis, reporting, and insight-generation processes.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience : \n\n- 4 -
