delivery.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of cross-functional projects.\n\n- Establish project plans, timelines, milestones, governance frameworks, and reporting mechanisms.\n\n- Coordinate multiple teams, workstreams, and dependencies to ensure alignment and timely execution.\n\n- Engage with stakeholders across business and functional teams to drive accountability, facilitate decisions, and manage expectations.\n\n- Identify delivery risks, issues, and blockers, and drive timely resolution through appropriate escalation and recommendations.\n\n- Facilitate project discussions, reviews, and working sessions to track progress and address challenges.\n\n- Monitor project performance, communicate progress, and ensure adherence to agreed timelines and deliverables.\n\nRequirements:\n\n- 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in reinsurance or financial services.\n\n- Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.\n\n- Strong understanding of project planning, execution, governance, and reporting.\n\n- Experience coordinating multiple teams, workstreams, and dependencies in a complex matrix organisation.\n\n- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to drive accountability without direct authority.\n\n- Excellent problem-solving, communication, facilitation, and organisational skills.\n\n- Experience in Life & Health (Re)insurance and client data or data-driven business initiatives will be an advantage.\n\n-
