Role Overview : We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead Enterprise Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) Managed Services engagements. The role involves overseeing service delivery, managing project execution, and acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between the client and Managed Service Provider (MSP). The candidate will ensure effective coordination, operational efficiency, timely issue resolution, and adherence to service delivery commitments.
