Service Portal.\n\n- Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.\n\n- Develop workflow automation and process improvements using ServiceNow capabilities.\n\n- Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Integration Hub, and MID Server.\n\n- Configure and maintain CMDB, CI relationships, and CSDM-aligned configurations.\n\n- Develop reports, dashboards, SLA configurations, and operational metrics.\n\n- Perform unit testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production deployments.\n\n- Troubleshoot platform issues and perform root-cause analysis.\n\n- Follow ServiceNow development standards, coding best practices, and platform governance guidelines.\n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.\n\n-
