IT Asset Management (ITAM) to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow IT Asset Management solutions, including Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) and Software Asset Management (SAM Pro).\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow ITAM solutions, including HAM Pro and SAM Pro.\n\n- Define and implement hardware and software asset lifecycle management strategies.\n\n- Design and establish IT asset management processes, workflows, policies, and governance frameworks.\n\n- Lead software asset management, including software license compliance, entitlement management, reclamation, and optimization.\n\n- Design hardware asset management processes covering procurement, receiving, deployment, maintenance, stock management, and disposal.\n\n- Define and manage integrations with ServiceNow Discovery, third-party discovery tools, and other IT systems.\n\n- Ensure effective CMDB alignment, data accuracy, normalization, and reconciliation.\n\n- Develop ITAM architecture standards, solution designs, technical documentation, and implementation roadmaps.\n\n- Collaborate with IT, procurement, finance, infrastructure, security, and application teams to understand business requirements.\n\n- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.\n\n- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development, implementation, and support teams.\n\n- Ensure ITAM solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, scalability, security, and performance standards.\n\nRequired Technical Skills : \n\n- Strong experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and implementation.\n\n- Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro).\n\n- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM Pro).\n\n- Knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes and asset lifecycle management.\n\n- Experience with software license management, compliance, reconciliation, and optimization.\n\n- Strong understanding of CMDB architecture, configuration items, data models, and relationships.\n\n- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and third-party discovery integrations.\n\n- Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, APIs, and platform capabilities.\n\n- Experience in ITAM governance, process design, and enterprise-level solution architecture.\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n\n- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) -
