The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in SAP HR/HCM, including Payroll, Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), HR Logical Databases, HR Infotypes, HR Functions/BAPIs, interfaces, reporting, and classical ABAP development. The candidate should also have experience working on at least 2 full-cycle SAP HR ABAP implementations and be comfortable working across both SAP and non-SAP integrations.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\nSAP HR/HCM ABAP Development :\n\n- Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP HR/HCM solutions using ABAP.\n\n- Work extensively with SAP HCM/HR modules and processes.\n\n- Develop technical solutions based on business and functional requirements.\n\n- Analyze existing HR applications and recommend technical improvements.\n\n- Support development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.\n\nSAP Payroll, PA & OM :\n\n- Work on SAP HR processes across :\n\n1. Payroll\n\n2. Personnel Administration (PA)\n\n3. Organizational Management (OM)\n\n- Develop and enhance HR-specific ABAP programs and solutions.\n\n- Work with HR Logical Databases for reporting and data extraction.\n\n- Work extensively with HR Infotypes and HR data structures.\n\n- Develop and utilize HR-specific Function Modules (FMs) and BAPIs.\n\nABAP Development :\n\n- Develop solutions using Object-Oriented ABAP.\n\n- Design and develop :\n\n1. Reports\n\n2. Interactive Reports\n\n3. Dialog Programs\n\n4. Smart Forms\n\n5. SAP Scripts\n\n- Implement enhancements using the Enhancement Framework.\n\n- Develop and implement BADIs.\n\n- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.\n\nSAP & Non-SAP Integrations :\n\n- Develop and support interfaces between SAP HR and external/non-SAP systems.\n\n- Analyze integration requirements and implement appropriate technical solutions.\n\n- Troubleshoot interface-related issues and support integration testing.\n\n- Ensure reliable data exchange between SAP HCM and connected systems.\n\nImplementation & Support :\n\n- Participate in end-to-end SAP HR ABAP implementation projects.\n\n- Apply technical expertise across at least 2 full-cycle SAP HR ABAP implementations.\n\n- Work with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements.\n\n- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities.\n\n- Provide production support and resolve technical issues within agreed timelines.\n\nMandatory Skills :\n\n- 4+ years of SAP ABAP experience.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM / SAP HR.\n\n- Experience with :\n\n1. HR Logical Databases\n\n2. SAP Payroll\n\n3. Personnel Administration (PA)\n\n4. Organizational Management (OM)\n\n5. HR Macros\n\n6. HR Infotypes\n\n7. HR Function Modules\n\n8. HR BAPIs\n\n- Experience with SAP and non-SAP interfaces.\n\n- At least 2 full-cycle SAP HR ABAP implementations.\n\n- Strong Object-Oriented ABAP experience.\n\n- Experience with :\n\n1. Smart Forms\n\n2. SAP Scripts\n\n3. Enhancement Framework\n\n4. BADIs\n\n5. Interactive Reporting\n\n6.
