Relocation to central Ohio is not necessary**\nWhat You’ll Do\nClient Advisory and Leadership\nPartner with clients to analyze business challenges, define technical requirements, and craft solution blueprints that address key goals such as improving data quality for operational efficiency and preparing datasets for AI use cases. \n\nGuide clients through the design of workflows and governance processes while driving educational conversations around the role of MDM in enabling future-proof data strategies that align with analytics and AI ambitions.\n\nLead MDM & PIM Solution Architecture\nAct as the primary architect for MDM solutions, designing scalable data models, workflows, hierarchy configurations, and matching/merging schemas to align with business objectives and ensure high-quality, AI-ready data.\n\nDevelop architecture patterns and best practices that ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of enterprise data, positioning MDM solutions as a cornerstone for reliable analytics and AI model performance. \n\nEnsure MDM architectures align with modern data strategies, seamlessly integrating with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) and enabling clean, structured data pipelines for advanced analytics and AI development.\n\nImplementation & Team Enablement\nOversee the successful configuration and deployment of MDM, ensuring alignment to governance and AI-readiness requirements. \n\nMentor junior consultants and technical teams in MDM, focusing on embedding data quality processes to support both operational success and AI-driven decision-making.\n\nDeliver high-quality technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, governance processes, and user guidelines that enable clients to maintain clean, usable data. \n\nCollaborate with quality assurance teams to build rigorous solution testing frameworks, ensuring outputs meet metadata, data integration, and quality standards necessary for decision-making and AI workflows.\n\nPerform complex development and configuration\n\nPerform match tuning exercises with clients\n\nEnhance Data Quality & AI Readiness\nDesign MDM workflows and governance structures that embed data quality checks, validation rules, and stewardship processes into enterprise data pipelines.\n\nEnable dynamic lineage tracking and metadata management that ensures enterprise data is fully traceable, reliable, and ready for consumption by analytics and AI platforms. \n\nLead post-implementation evaluations to identify opportunities to further enhance governance, quality, and AI-readiness of MDM systems. \n\nActively promote a data-first, AI-ready mindset within client organizations, highlighting the importance of high-quality data as the foundation for advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives.\n\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.\n\nExtensive experience architecting, configuring, and deploying MDM solutions with Informatica IDMC.\n\nDeep knowledge of data modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical) for domains such as Customer, Product, Vendor, or Location, with a focus on creating high-quality, AI-ready data foundations. \n\nWorking knowledge of party and location domains data, with the ability to model these for both operational and analytics uses cases\n\nExtensive experience integrating with leading CRM and ERP solutions\n\nExperience intergrating with leading DaaS platforms\n\nSolid background in building integration solutions (ETL, API, real-time) to connect MDM hubs with operational systems, analytics platforms, and AI pipelines. \n\nProficiency with modern data platforms and engineering tools, including Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, or SQL, with a focus on supporting end-to-end data quality and AI-readiness capabilities. \n\nStrong communication skills to translate technical designs into actionable business outcomes and demonstrate the value of MDM/PIM solutions in driving organizational transformation. \n\nConsulting experience with demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and lead engagements from strategy through implementation.\n\nBenefits\nTo read more about working at Infoverity, please visit: Employee Benefits - USA - Infoverity\nBeware of Scam Interview Requests\nInfoverity has become aware of potential scammers impersonating our leadership team and/or recruiting staff to request chat-based interviews and send job offers.
