closely with business analysts, technical teams, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient ServiceNow solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.\nCustomize ServiceNow forms, tables, fields, views, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules.\nDevelop server-side and client-side scripts using JavaScript.\nImplement and maintain workflows, Flow Designer flows, and Service Catalog items.\nConfigure and support core ITSM modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management, and Knowledge Management.\nDevelop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external applications using REST and SOAP APIs.\nWork with Script Includes, UI Actions, ACLs, Scheduled Jobs, and Notifications.\nDevelop and customize Service Portal components as required.\nConfigure Service Level Agreements (SLAs), assignment rules, and approval workflows.\nParticipate in requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.\nTroubleshoot application issues, debug scripts, and optimize platform performance.\nFollow ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.\nRequired Technical Skills\nStrong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.\nProficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.\nExperience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.\nExperience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Service Catalog.\nStrong knowledge of ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.\nExperience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and third-party integrations.\nKnowledge of ServiceNow tables, forms, fields, ACLs, and database concepts.\nExperience with Update Sets, application deployment, and instance migration.\nUnderstanding of ServiceNow security, access controls, and role-based permissions.\nStrong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
