You will own customer accounts and lead Salesforce conversations from sales through delivery.\n\nWhat you will do : \n\n- Account ownership : own the relationship and health of your accounts.\n\n- Customer engagement : build trust with customer leaders.\n\n- Sales and pre-sales conversations : join discovery, solutioning and proposals.\n\n- Ongoing engagements : stay close to live delivery, including progress, risks, dependencies and customer updates.\n\n- Growth : find and grow opportunities on your accounts.\n\n- Rhythm and numbers : know your targets and keep updates regular.\n\n- Keep learning : grow your Salesforce knowledge and leadership skills.\n\nWhat you bring : \n\n- Customer engagement and account ownership experience, as the single point of contact for delivery.\n\n- Experience managing Salesforce projects end to end across clouds, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.\n\n- Working Salesforce knowledge, including platform limits : hands-on at least at admin level, with a basic understanding of Apex and Flows.\n\n- Sales and pre-sales exposure.\n\n- Agile delivery practices : sprints, retros, planning, and managing risks and dependencies.\n\n- Clear verbal and written communication, and confidence leading customer calls, demos and status presentations.\n\n- Awareness of Jira, Confluence and version control or DevOps tools such as Git and Copado (hands-on use not required).\n\n- Preferred : Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder or Consultant);
